We’re excited to announce that Glenn Capps, Jr., GBDS, has joined our team as Regional Sales Director for the Tennessee and Kentucky regions. Glenn will lead sales efforts for our workplace insurance products, working closely with brokers, enrollment partners, and customers to deliver solutions that meet the needs of working Americans and their families.
With over 30 years in the insurance industry, Glenn brings extensive expertise and a strong record of building relationships and driving growth. He has held leadership roles at companies including Horace Mann, Aflac, and Allstate, and holds a GBDS designation along with multiple FINRA licenses.
Beyond his professional achievements, Glenn is passionate about giving back to his community. He volunteers with Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Nashville and coaches youth and travel baseball teams.
