Chad Decker joins Boston Mutual Life to lead sales in Southern Indiana, Kentucky, and Northern Tennessee
We are excited to welcome a new face to our Distribution team. Chad Decker has joined as Lead Regional Sales Director for Southern Indiana, Kentucky, and Northern Tennessee. With more than two decades of insurance industry experience, Chad will help brokers and partners deliver affordable, customized workplace insurance options.
Chad is a seasoned veteran at leading sales teams and building lasting partnerships, having held senior roles at Aflac, Bento, and HRI Dental. With a marketing degree from Indiana University and a commitment to community leadership, Chad brings a blend of strategic insight and relationship-building to the table.
As Boston Mutual continues to expand its reach, Chad’s expertise will be a key part of bringing flexible insurance solutions to more customers.
