Decker will oversee sales for the national life insurance carrier’s Southern Indiana, Kentucky, and Northern Tennessee regions
CANTON, MA – June 24, 2025 – Boston Mutual Life Insurance Company, a national provider of insurance solutions for individuals and at the workplace, today announced the appointment of Chad E. Decker as Lead Regional Sales Director for the Southern Indiana, Kentucky, and Northern Tennessee markets within its Distribution department. In this role, Decker will be responsible for facilitating and managing sales of the company’s workplace insurance products to brokers, enrollment partners, and customers across the region.

Decker brings more than 20 years of experience in insurance, with a focus on voluntary benefits. Before joining Boston Mutual Life, he served as National Practice Leader and Vice President of New Business Development at Aflac, Vice President of National Sales at Bento, and Director of Sales at HRI Dental. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Indiana University. Outside of work, Decker is an active leader in his community, including coaching and supporting youth and high school baseball programs.
