Premium Processing and Web Based Billing & Reconciliation
Boston Mutual is committed to making benefits administration easy. Premiums and premium payment information can be submitted to us electronically and reconciled in our home office. We also offer a web based billing application which allows the client to reconcile their own billings directly on-line.
Remote Policy Inquiry
Our remote policy inquiry system (RPI) is designed to allow agencies access to their specific case and policy information (excluding personal health information which is protected) via the website. Information is secured with user name and password protection.
Consolidated Billing
This innovative service is designed to help those clients who may have a limited number of payroll deduction slots and need to allocate premiums among multiple carriers. With Boston Mutual's Consolidated Billing service, we'll promptly handle our premiums and forward premiums and detail information to the other involved carriers.
